may have made relating to their car, or actions. My owning a 2+2 automatic for example, or a person's fondness for the Vailside Invader body kit, or how about the "I was speeding and this cop had the nerve to give me a ticket" posts. I've taken plenty of ribbing about my Z, but it's very different from using my heritage in a way to negatively describe the way you felt a transaction was going with another member, who likely doesn't even share my heritage. I'm proud of the history of my people, our survival, our contributions to society. At the same time, I'm also not comfortable broadcasting my ethnicity because of many of the negative connotations and prejudices that it seems to carry in society. I know many Muslims, and know they aren't terrorists, I know many people of color, and know they aren't drug-dealers and gangsters. I know a bunch of people from the south, and I know they aren't dumb red-necks. I know many people who get excited about a sale who aren't Jewish. There are many generally used derogatory prejudicial terms in our vernacular that associate a person with a group, but using them, generally doesn't shine a light of intelligence on the user. Whatever, just think about it, I'm done with this.
